World Cruise Awards to host inaugural ceremony in Dubai

World Cruise Awards – the global initiative to recognise, reward and celebrate excellence in the global cruise sector – will stage its inaugural ceremony in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on 24 October 2021.

The leading figureheads and decision-makers of the global cruise industry are scheduled to attend the gala reception.

The sister event to World Travel Awards, World Cruise Awards aims to foster growth, innovations and best practice in the cruise sector on a global scale. Its programme covers the full spectrum of the global cruise sector. Categories include Best Cruise Line, Best Cruise Destination, Best Cruise Travel Agency and Best River Cruise Ship. Nominees range from small companies and start-ups to global brands.

The 16-week voting window runs from 11 May until 31 August. Industry professionals, as well as media and consumers, can vote for their favourite cruise brands via the World Cruise Awards website. The nominee with the most votes in each category will be announced as the 2021 World Cruise Awards winner.

The winners will be unveiled at the inaugural World Cruise Awards Gala Ceremony.
